Do you post to my country?
Yes we do. We have yet to have an order we could not post.
How long does "Made to order" take?
Made to order purchases take up to a month to make and post, however, we try our best to have a turn around of less that 3 weeks. This does not include the shipping time it will take to get to you.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! We love custom requests, the weirder the better! You can also use custom requests to place bulk orders or request text on the base of your mug. Check out the Portfolio page for inspiration.
Do you only make Mimic stuff?
We get other non-mimic related requests all the time! Some examples of other orders we have done are a Loch Ness monster mug, unicorn mugs and a Xorn cookie jar!
What sizes do your mugs come in?
Our standard sizes are 500ml, 750ml, and 1L. Smaller and larger mimics are available upon request.
